They say it takes 30 days to make or break a habit,  so today marks the first day of my fitness challenge.

I’m mixing up different workouts that I’ve found on the Internet to make one tailored to work out my bum and abs.

Today I did:

10 sit ups
10 crunches
10 second plank
15 second wall sit
25 squats
6 leg raises
20 kick backs

With each day, the number will increase until I’ve gotten myself into a routine of doing each of these work outs everyday.
